Strawberry and yogurt parfait
A simple, calcium- and vitamin C-rich breakfast or snack that comes together in minutes.
Pregnancy tip: Use full-fat Greek yogurt for the most satisfying texture and best calcium content. Layer just before eating to keep the granola crisp.
Ingredients
- 200g full-fat Greek yogurt
- 200g fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 4 tbsp granola
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- A few fresh mint leaves
Method
- Wash and hull the strawberries, then slice them.
- Spoon half the yogurt into a glass or bowl.
- Add a layer of strawberries, then a layer of granola.
- Repeat with the remaining yogurt, strawberries, and granola.
- Drizzle with honey and garnish with mint leaves.
