Safe for Mums is a pregnancy food reference guide designed to give expectant mothers clear, straightforward answers about what they can and can't eat during pregnancy.
Pregnancy nutrition advice can feel overwhelming — conflicting information online, lists buried in NHS leaflets, and a lot of unnecessary anxiety over foods that are actually fine. Our goal is to cut through the noise and present the guidance in plain English, clearly stating whether a food is safe, should be avoided, or is fine in moderation.
